SubbHubb

Security and privacy

How SubbHubb handles Site Passport data

SubbHubb is built around site-readiness, worker credentials and construction job matching. That means the product must treat card details, uploaded evidence and passport sharing as sensitive worker-controlled information.

Workers stay in control

SubbHubb is designed so workers control what Site Passport details they share. Private credential information should not be exposed publicly by default.

Company access is reviewed

Company accounts and job posting access are intended to be reviewed before employers can use hiring and applicant tools at scale.

Passport sharing should be consent-based

Contractors should only see detailed Site Passport information when a worker applies, shares a passport link or approves a request.

Public pages avoid private documents

Public jobs, guides and forum pages should not display private card images, right-to-work documents or sensitive identity details.

What workers should expect

  • Your Site Passport is for organising and sharing work-readiness evidence, not for publishing private documents to the open web.
  • Companies should only receive detailed passport information through a legitimate application, share link or consent-based request.
  • You should keep card images and expiry information accurate so employers can assess readiness correctly.
  • If you are unsure what a company can see, check the sharing flow before approving access.
