User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of SubbHubb (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SubbHubb provides tools for construction workers and related parties to manage profiles, credentials, job discovery, training information, and community features. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction if higher.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting unauthorised access; uploading malware; harassing others; posting unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content; or using the Service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
4. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload (including credential images and forum posts).
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Job listings, training information, and community content may be provided by third parties or users. We do not endorse specific employers, courses, or advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance with employment, tax, health and safety, and professional regulations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubbHubb and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement where permitted by law.
