For 15mm board at an A1 spec you'll want 150mm centres on the fixings. Use Gyproc TufThread screws or equivalent — they're designed for metal stud, self-drilling tip, won't strip out like a standard screw. If you're going for the fire rating you'll also need to check the full system spec from British Gypsum or Knauf, because the rating is for the whole system not just the board.
Good shout on the system spec, will ask the PM to get the full Knauf detail. Didn't want to assume 150s were right without checking, cheers.
This. The system certification is what matters for A1. If you're on Knauf Earthwool infill plus specific boards at specific centres it'll be in the Knauf Red Book. Deviating from the system spec (even just the screw type) can invalidate the fire cert. Make sure the client or spec writer has issued the full system details.
